Navigating oneGRID

This page explains how the oneGRID user interface is organized so you can find any function quickly. It is for all users.

Screen layout

The oneGRID screen consists of:

  • Top bar — the oneGRID logo (click it to return to the Main Menu), the navigation menu, a three-dots quick-actions menu, and your user avatar with a greeting.
  • Navigation menu — on desktop screens the menu is shown in the top bar; on phones and tablets it opens as a side drawer through the menu button in the top-left corner.
  • Breadcrumbs — on deeper pages, a breadcrumb path above the content shows where you are and lets you jump back to parent pages.
  • Content area — the current page.

The layout adapts automatically to phones, tablets, and desktop screens.

The menu shows only the entries your permissions allow:

The Main Menu is the starting point for daily work. It shows one tile per task, grouped into:

  • Manual operationsSingle Item Picking, Place, Inbound/Outbound, Manual Sorting
  • Order FulfillmentPicker, PickCart, ISAC, Put Wall
  • Stock and InventoryInventory Management
  • System and IoT MonitoringIoT Dashboard
  • ExportExport Data

Tiles appear only if your permissions and your organization's license include the feature.

Management page

The Management page groups all setup topics:

  • Work orders, Items, General settings, and Process configuration
  • Storage unitsStorages and Containers
  • Assets definitionLocation types, Location modes, Container types, ISAC codes, Process types, and Work order templates
  • Connectivity and digitalizationIoT Dashboard

Quick actions

The three-dots menu in the top bar gives you direct access to frequent actions from any page:

  • Select storage — choose the storage you work with
  • Pick Item, Place Item, Place container — start a manual task
  • History — open the list of processed work orders
  • Main Menu — return to the start page

User avatar

Click your avatar in the top-right corner to open:

  • Account — your profile, language, and personal settings
  • Info — version and service status information
  • Log out — sign out of oneGRID

Common controls

  • Lists and tables — long lists load more rows automatically as you scroll.
  • Search — lists have a search field at the top. Type to filter the list; click the clear button to reset it.
  • Filters — some pages offer additional filters, for example status filters on the IoT Dashboard.
  • Messages — oneGRID confirms actions and reports problems in short messages at the edge of the screen.
  • Dialogs — actions that need input or confirmation open a dialog. Nothing changes until you confirm it.
