Your account
This page describes your personal settings and where to find system information. It is for all users.
Account page
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and click Account. The Account page shows your name, email address, organization, and license information, and offers these settings:

| Language | The language of the user interface: English, German, or Chinese |
| Home page preference | The page oneGRID opens after login |
| Scan and sound preferences | How scanning feedback behaves on your account |
| Reset my processes | Ends your interrupted processes so you can start fresh — see A process is stuck |
Info page
Click your avatar and click Info to see version information and the live status of the oneGRID services. Check this page when oneGRID behaves unexpectedly, before contacting support.
