A process is stuck
Use this page when a picking or sorting process is blocked — it cannot be continued, a storage rejects new processes, or a wall shows an unknown status.
Symptoms
- A process cannot be started or continued on a storage.
- The message The Put Wall status is unknown. or The storage status is unknown. appears.
- The message Currently selected process is not supported by preferred storage. appears.
- The message Settings for storage could not be loaded. or Problem occurred during loading of the storage. appears.
Causes and solutions
An interrupted process is still active
If a process was interrupted (for example the browser was closed mid-picking), it stays active and blocks the storage or your account.
- To reset your own processes: click your avatar, open Account, and use Reset my processes.
- To reset another user's process: an administrator opens the storage's settings, finds the user under Ongoing processes, and clicks Reset. A paused process cannot be reset — the user must continue or finish it first.
- Start the process again.
The storage does not support the selected process
Your preferred storage does not offer the process you started.
- Select a matching storage via Select storage in the three-dots menu of the top bar, or ask your administrator to change your assigned storage.
A temporary loading problem occurred
Messages about storage settings or storage loading can be temporary.
- Reload the page and try again.
- If the message stays, check the service status on the Info page (avatar menu > Info).
If the problem persists
If none of the solutions above resolve the problem:
- Note the exact message, the storage, the time, and what you did before the problem occurred.
- Contact your administrator or CAPTRON support with this information.
