Causes and solutions
The work order comes from an external system
Orders on the External tab (origin Interface) are managed by the connected system and are read-only in oneGRID.
- Check the origin of the order on the Work orders page.
- Change the order in the external system instead. The change is transferred to oneGRID.
The work order is already completed
Completed orders cannot be edited or abandoned.
- Check the status of the order — see Work order statuses.
The work order is currently being processed
An order that an operator is processing, or that is attached to a storage, cannot be abandoned.
- Wait until the processing is finished or the order is detached from the storage.
- Abandon the order again — see Manage work orders.
You are missing the permission
Abandoning requires the Work Order Abandon permission.
- Ask your administrator to check your permissions — see Manage users.
If the problem persists
If none of the solutions above resolve the problem:
- Note the order, its status and origin, and the exact message.
- Contact your administrator or CAPTRON support with this information.
