Monitor devices
This workflow shows you how to monitor the devices of your warehouse on the IoT Dashboard. Use it to check that LED guidance and sensor buttons are operational.
Role: Administrator or IoT operator
Prerequisites
- Your account has the IoT Dashboard permission.
Steps
- Open the IoT Dashboard — from the Main Menu, from Management, or directly if your account only monitors devices.
- Review the overview: the total amount of devices, the counts per device model, and the connection status of each device — Online, Offline, or Unknown.
- Filter the list by device model or connection status, and switch between the grid view and the list view as needed.
- Open a device to see its details: name, communication ID, model, LED strips, and sensor buttons.
- To keep records or analyze offline devices, click Export to download the device list as a CSV file.
Result
You know which devices are operational. Offline devices can be investigated on their details page — see Device setup.
If something goes wrong
