Pick with ISAC

This workflow shows you how to pick several work orders with ISAC navigation. Use it when your warehouse is equipped with ISAC and you want turn-by-turn guidance to every location.

Role: Operator

Prerequisites

• Your account has the ISAC permission for the storage you pick from.
• An ISAC cart is linked to your workstation — see Process configuration.
• Work orders are available for the storage.

Steps

1. On the Main Menu, click ISAC. The full-screen navigation view opens.
2. Follow the navigation arrows and the distance indicator to the next location. When you need to change the aisle, the message Please move to the aisle with the aisle number appears; if the aisle is blocked, click Aisle Occupied to get an alternative route.
3. When you arrive, confirm the source location according to the storage settings and take the shown amount of the item. If the picked amount differs, correct it on the screen. To leave a position out, click Skip position.
4. Place the item into the indicated cart location and confirm the destination.
5. Repeat until all positions are picked. The message Picking completed. Thank you! appears.
6. Click Finish.

note

You can end the run early with Stop picking. Unfinished work orders stay available and can be continued later.

Result

All attached work orders are picked and their status changes to Completed.

If something goes wrong

Problem	See
ISAC cannot be started or the message Configuration is missing appears	Cart picking cannot be started
The ISAC tile is not visible	A feature is not visible
